win10 reinstalled system can not find the drive letter

Today I reinstalled the system, the original is CDGH four drive characters, There are only two drives left: C and D

but I can see them from the disk management tool, but I can't access them. None of the files inside can be seen

Does anyone know how to get these two disks to display in my computer and access them?
