The system command cannot change the registry

To modify the registry through cmd, use system to display invalid entry names, but I can use this command in the computer's cmd to change the entry names, all are correct. This is why 


    system("REG ADD HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize /v AppsUseLightTheme /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f");
