Refer to the GPT and your own ideas, this is usually due to the network adapter setup problems.
Here are some possible solutions:
Check that the phone is connected to the correct hotspot. Make sure your phone is connected to the same hotspot as your computer.
Check your computer's network adapter Settings. If you are using a Windows computer, press Win+R, type ncpa.cpl and press Enter to open the "Network Connections" window. Right-click the network adapter you are using and select "Properties". In the Share TAB, make sure that allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection is checked.
Check firewall Settings. Some firewalls may prevent other devices from accessing the Internet through hotspots. You can disable the firewall temporarily and try again.
Restart the device. Sometimes, simply rebooting the device can fix the problem.
