How to format all tables using vba?
Header: Bold, Solid Roman, New Roman, font # 5, center justified, no indent, grey background.
Table text: Unbolded, Solid Roman, New Roman, font # 5, center justified, no indent, no background color.
There is a big problem. If your code writes the table with the first row as the header, it will not recognize the first row if there are vertically merged cells in the table.
