Problems with gitee use

Nothing is mandatory

Whatever you do, it doesn't matter who comes first, but it must be locally synchronized. You create a new project that already exists on gitee or some other github tool(project name). It doesn't matter when there is a resource in it, but the project is already there, just like when you build a house, you already have the house, the specific furniture and so on, you can do it any time later, but the house must be synchronized to your local, then create a link with the remote repo. So you can upload the code(move furniture) to the warehouse
