fastqc cannot be uninstalled or reinstalled after the directory is deleted
Ubuntu seems to come with fastqc
I wanted to uninstall fastqc, but I deleted the folder(I deleted everything I could find led fastqc, You can't uninstall it with conda remove(Ctrl+Z terminates because it takes a long time) or install it with conda install(br/> Is there any solution?
