Does the Ali Cloud server only deploy the springboot project need to be recorded?

The domain name is required for filing. If you need a domain name for your project, you must file it. This can be done with IP:PORT of the http protocol.

According to the Chinese mainland's Internet regulations, any website and application provided within the Chinese mainland must be registered. If your Spring Boot project provides public network services, you need to record them. If the service is provided only for internal or LAN use and is not disclosed to the public, it does not need to be recorded.

After the record, you can apply for a record number, and then use the record number to authenticate the record information at the domain name resolver, and then the domain name can point to the public IP address of your Ali Cloud ECS instance. Direct IP resolution may be subject to regulatory review. Therefore, you are advised to record the IP address and use the registered domain name to provide services.
